Caleb Phillips, a long-time culinary professional raised in Nashville, brings a taste of the South to our healthy, farm-driven menu at The Feedery, located at Grow + Gather. With more than 15 years of experience in both casual and upscale establishments, Caleb combines his passion for creative cooking with a healthy obsession for local farming and food sourcing. Jeffrey Schwing brings a wide range of unique skills and complementary kitchen experience to our culinary team. A Denver native, Jeff has worked in a variety of kitchens in Denver after beginning his career in Los Angeles. Chefs Caleb and Jeff will be the creative brains and culinary muscle behind all things food and beverage at The Feedery Neighborhood Kitchen + Market.
